Our Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of your order. However, it may take up to 1 week before the status of your order is changed to "shipped" from "pending."
All Magazine and/or Books purchased through AthlonSports.com's online store are shipped standard rate by US Postal Service. Delivery typically takes between 3 and 5 business days depending on the destination. Magazines in quantities of 3 or less will arrive in Ty-vek ® envelope with an Athlon Sports logo on the return address.
During special times of the year, we may offer Next Day or other expedited forms of delivery service for magazines and/or book orders. In those instances, if a customer chooses a form of expedited shipping, orders will be sent via FedEx® and a tracking number will be available once the item has shipped.
Any order containing a Collectible item will be shipped via FedEx® and insured for the appropriate amount.
Our Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the AthlonSports.com online store within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Magazines and/or books must remain in their original shipping envelope and cannot be torn, bent, frayed or otherwise damaged. Collectibles must remain unopened in their original shipping container and all materials related to the Collectible (Certificate of Authenticity) must be included when returned. Athlon Sports may pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or damaged item, etc.).
If the item has been opened, a partial refund may be available. Magazines and/or books will receive either a full exchange or 80% refund of the original purchase price only after the original shipped items have been return shipped to Athlon Sports. Returns are not available on all Collectible items that have been opened, please contact the Athlon Sports Collectibles Customer Service Center at someemail@athlonsports.com.
